This cleaning job consisted of more than just some exterior house washing. We also removed some pine sap and rust stains from the concrete driveway. The gutters were also cleaned with high pressure that removed the dirt and mildew that had been building up for years. Once I have my roof replaced, is there anything that will have to be done on a scheduled basis to maintain the look or to make sure the warranties don’t get voided?
